This was my first time eating here. The prices were a bit high so I was a bit worried. But one by one, every food item that came just got better and better. We started off with the kebab app and it was amazing! Very juicy, great flavours and a hint of smokiness.Then we ate the loaded chicken nachos. Fantastic! Good amount and tastes great with a good helping of chicken n veggies with a nice sauce drizzle on top.Main course was rib eye steak with onion rings, garlic bread and a peppercorn sauce (they also have mushroom sauce). This was one of the best halal steaks I’ve ever had. It was delicious!! A perfect medium rare and seasoned perfectly. 12 oz was huge and I couldn’t finish. Onions rings and garlic bread were really good too. Somebody got the beef back ribs meal. They were good and tasty but could use a little more meat over the fat for the price point. The seasoning and sauce was delicious.We got pina colada and mango milkshake drinks and they were very tasty.The help staff was very friendly, very efficient with their service and always attended to all our needs. First of all I love that it is a spacious space (we were 11 people) and most importantly there is a prayer room. The food was great and a bonus that they have meat (ribs and steak) and chicken. We came in Ramadan and the food came on time. The servers checking on us to make sure everything was ok. Definitely will recommend this place. Less

I wanted to leave a review for this place for one specific reason.The fact that they have halal ribs and steak in Cambridge already makes them a great choice for us cause we dont see these items on menu most of the time. Their customer service is also great!But what I found absolutely amazing is the thoughts they have given in designing the place. The washrooms are clean and spacious, has proper accessibility features which are often missing or non-functional in many restaurants we have been to. And the absolute best part is having a prayer room, which can also be used as a nursing room if needed - which makes it such a comfortable option for so many people who are muslim or new moms! So from menu to interior - I found them being really thoughtful with their design and decisions. And I truly believe it deserves some true appreciation. Well done Grillados! We hosted a surprise party and mentioned multiple times that it was meant to be a surprise, yet they brought the cake in its box and placed the candle right in front of the birthday person, ruining the moment. When we asked them to bring it out properly, they took it back but then forgot to bring plates and forks for the cake. Wow! I’ve been wanting to try Grillados and finally did today. The food is 10/10. The chicken was so tasty and flavourful!The only thing is it took forever for my order, but it was worth the wait. Since we were celebrating a birthday, they kindly brought out a cake, but unfortunately, they forgot to put the candles on it, which was a little disappointing.
